Lovely room very clean and very helpful staff

Great location,very central and close to beach and all the joys of Monopoli. The staff were lovely. Very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to chat to.

Some people might find it a little noisy at night but ear plugs solved this.

Beautiful property, amenities, washroom, great location, friendly staff.

Wifi did work work at all. Would connect and disconnect immediately. Loud music from the bar below. Music stops at midnight but you can still hear everything and people talking.

Wonderful place! The suite is located in the old harbor and has an amazing view! 😍 There is a lounge area and a roof terrace with a hot tub which you should only share between 3 rooms. A breakfast restaurant is just a few minutes away. We highly recommend this place, it's definitely one of the best in Monopoly! 💯

Everything! It’s the cutest little boutique hotel ever with 3 rooms. It has a cute little rooftop pool that gets a lot of sun. The staff (the young girl especially) were amazing and helpful. If you’re in a car, don’t drive into the city - it’s not allowed.

We didn’t really like the breakfast (it was down the road at a little cafe) and didn’t start till 9am. We just ended up going to a little place down the road that was lovely. No big deal.

Read carefully the description of these luxury suites. There is a private bathroom in the room (103) with a very fancy shower in the bedroom area. It is quite a small room but has a beautiful view from the bathroom over the fishing port. The front window has a tiny balcony (not to sit on) and looks out onto one of the main streets of the town which is very noisy! The upstairs roof terrace has a jacuzzi and a stunning view. This area is shared by all guests. Breakfast is available from a small bistrot/café (Al Mare) about 5 minutes away from the apartment in the port area. Coffee and pastries available before 9.00am and a cooked selection after 9.00am. Friendly staff and very clean premises. The location of the suite is very convenient as the main door opens straight on to one of the main pedestrian streets of this lovely town. The staff were super helpful and friendly, booking us restaurants and providing general guidance and advice.

Only one wardrobe with no drawer space anywhere so clothes tended to be left on the sofa by the entrance door. Couldn’t make a cup of tea as only has a coffee machine in room. You could not be more central, however, you will have to endure extremely loud bar music every night until pretty late. Perhaps as a couple of pensioners we were just a bit too old to fully enjoy the disco scene! For younger guests you could dance the night away!

The size of the room Was great. Fabulous location everything around. Staff where very helpful. Bed was very comfortable very nice linen. Roof terrace was a added bonus. We had it to ourselves. The view from our bathroom window.

The WiFi was extremely slow, and kept dropping.

Wonderful location for visiting Monopoli. Easy walking distance to entire old town. Great views from the room and the rooftop deck; we loved watching the changing light on the water and buildings of the old port. Fabulously helpful staff-- carried our luggage up the steep steps to our room, and also helped us get our luggage back to the nearest car access point. (Hotel is in a pedestrian zone.) Room was beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed.

Breakfast was at a cafe a few blocks away. At hotel: No towel racks or storage space or hooks in bathroom. No clothing shelves or drawers in room. Would have been nice if wine or honor bar had been available on rooftop terrace.

Perfect location, 5 star accommodation. Minus was poor WiFi signal and noise on street. Otherwise would definitely recommend!
