Four Points Bentonville

The service & environment is great. House keeping did a great job with daily upkeep. Adrianna's provided excellent service at the lounge by & Amber was very helpful at the front desk. Definitely should be your 1st choice when staying in Bentonville.

It was a beautiful hotel, the room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that the air/heating system sounded like a 747 landing whenever it kicked on and ran.

Adrianna was the best! She knew her wines and was the best hostess. We came in late after a bad dinner and she found some great food and drinks for us to enjoy while we waited for the rest of our party. I couldn't recommend the restaurant or bar more.

My experience here was great from the start! In town for business, front desk was friendly & efficient. Room was clean & comfortable. Decided to make a trip to hotel bar with the fellas & Adrianna was phenomenal. She did not miss a beat from drink recommendations to restaurant recommendations. Made us feel right at home. Thank you Adrianna!

Stayed for a few days and the bartender Adrianna was great the whole stay! Gave us lots of recommendations to do during our stay, make sure to stop by and get a drink and make sure you see her. She went above and beyond to make our stay better. Great recommendations. Look forward to coming back on future trips.

I’m writing this review after coming to this hotel once a month for the past year, typically 2-3 night stays. I travel a ton for business and experience several lobby bars and bartenders. My favorite part about the Four Points Sheraton in Bentonville is the lobby bar and specifically the manager Adrianna. She’s always making sure my stay exceeds my expectations. Her attention to detail, incredible service and cleanliness always make me enjoy my experience at her bar. I also find it amazing how she remembers my name and drink order even after being gone for a month. This place is lucky to have her. I wish every Marriott had an Adrianna!

This is truly a hidden gem. Very open and clean and in a great location. The only negative was the iron in the hotel room had some kind of sticky red and black substance on it that RUINED my husband’s white shirt. He was ironing a shirt that he planned to wear to the wedding we were going to which was the whole point of our trip). Thankfully a Men’s Wearhouse was just down the road so he bought a new shirt ($70 later) and we made it to the wedding on time. Besides the shirt incident the hotel is great and staff was incredibly friendly. We would stay there again- just always check the iron before you use it!

It was very nice! Check-in gal was very friendly and explained everything. Room was clean and very comfortable. We went down and had a lite dinner and drinks, enjoyed our talk with Adrianna very much, was a great ending of a long day!

Enormous hotel with large spaces to accommodate convention events. The staff were great. Comfy bed. Nice selection of various breakfast options and at affordable prices.

Only one luggage cart for the hotel seemed odd. Their front door was not working properly but showed us how to work around it.
