Lovely accommodations, amazing staff, wonderful food. I can’t say enough about this awesome hotel in beautiful Bentonville, Arkansas. Adrianna the restaurant supervisor is super knowledgeable about the town and makes an extra effort to make you feel at home. Thanks to you all, we will be back.

Place is awesome. Chef is fantastic. Best salmon I had. Adrianna the restaurant supervisor and bartender was awesome.Made my stay away feel like home. Room service was great. They had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Thank you. I enjoyed my stay.

Our only complaint was having to wait on someone to get back to the desk to check in and also they only had two luggage carts.

My room wasn’t bad at all, I have no real complaints there, but the bar tender Adrianna was the bomb. We stayed for 2 weeks for a work trip and she made it feel like home. I would recommend hanging out at the hotel bar or the fire pit. Ask the staff what to do around town and they’ll make sure you have a good time.

The pool is great and clean, although no hot tub the hot jet keeps the pool very warm. The breakfast is great and the staff is even better. We met a bartender named Adrianna, she tended to all of our needs with nothing but a smile. Highly recommend

We had a group block for a weekend, and they were super accommodating and gracious to us. If I could rate it 10 stars I would. Amanda was phenomenal to work with and provided a board room for our group to use over the weekend. She was super responsive when I had questions, and she even offered a buffet breakfast to our group to help us get out the door quicker in the mornings. They absolutely went over and above for us and offered us a good group rate as well. We will definitely be staying here again, thank you so much for the great experience. Clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff made it a wonderful stay. Amanda Webb even followed up with me days after our stay to make sure everyone received the correct rate. She is a great asset to this property, thank you again for doing everything to make it a good stay for us.

We were not told when we check in that the TV's didn't work as they just changed carriers that day and it would not activate until the following day. The heating system didn't work as it was set to heat to 77 and never got higher than 71. There was a refrigerator sitting in the middle of the room as if it was an end table. We parked in the back of the hotel, as it was close to the room and the outside was filthy with trash and paper littering the shrubbery and parking lot. The dumpster was emptied outside our room at 5:00 am. This hotel is in terrible condition and poorly managed. I really should have refused to star and requested a refund.

The lady that helped me check in was SO nice! The place was so clean, my room was nice and cleaned, it smelled really good, bed was comfortable I have no complaints! The only thing I didn’t like was the pillows on the bed, they were feathered and way too soft! The other thing I didn’t like was having a room right where people have to split to go down the hall to get to their rooms. They were just loud
