Four Points Bentonville

This property was not as advertised not at. We booked to Suites and were charged $100 more per room than they offer but the real problem was the pics and website for the Four Points it was not accurate at all. Service at the front seat was horrible and the rooms were gross at best. Thank god it was for just one night. I usually find booking with Hotels.com we receive better pricing compared to what is offered by the hotels themselves but not in this case but really the biggest disappointment was the hotel and the pictures advertised. There is no way we would have stayed here if we had not been prepaid through Hotels.com a third party we normally trust.

I have a problem with my bill and called twice. Each time I was told it will be discussed with a supervisor and I will get a call back. So far I have not received a call back.

The staff is helpful and very friendly.

After all the wonderful reviews, I couldn't wait to meet Adrianna (the bartender and restaurant manager). She did not disappoint! She feels like meeting an old friend, seeing your hairdresser, talking to the person that does not judge. She is an oasis in the world of hotels and can make you feel that you are exactly where you belong. Let her fix you a drink because she knows exactly what she is doing. I can't wait to visit her again.

The staff is so welcoming. Trey was a joy every time I walked through the lobby. It is so nice to see a smile and be so warmly greeted. Adrianna at the restaurant/bar was so nice and accommodating. I travel quite a bit, and the bed and pillows are so comfortable. A great stay!

I checked my bank statement and see miscellaneous changes from this hotel. Then I called to have the charge removed only to look at my account the next day and there was an additional charge. Notice anything wrong with the light shapes?

I love this 1980 ish hotel with modern amenities because it’s spacious and a great value. I’d like to host a customer meeting one day in one of their very nice meeting rooms. Was here in April and now Came back end of May for more local important business and my colleagues were looking at other hotels and I told them the number one reason why I want us to stay here is because of the beautiful bar here and more importantly our bartender Adrianna who is a Suoer pro and real person who tends to every customer and makes everyone here feel at home and takes such great care of everyone. I just brought my team back here for two business nights and am delighted to see Adriana and even though the Stars lost tonight we won thanks to her! I also want to let everyone know the 4 Points has the best breakfast in Bentonville and look forward to seeing our bartender Adriana again tomorrow after a long day of work. In business travel you can have all of the amenities but it’s the people that make the difference. We are looking forward to breakfast tomorrow and a night cap tomorrow with our friend Adriana at the bar!
