The house was spacious, it was easy to park, the bathrooms were well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Located a short walk from the lake and plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from.
It's not a complaint but a suggestion it would have been helpful to have some milk in the fridge on arrival. There was tea and coffee which was very appreciated.

Spacious , lovely carpet and nice kitchen
Tv in main room kept switching channel on channel 15 … then freeze . Couldn’t watch Ao tennis TV in main bedroom didn’t work - no follow through from agent staff . To many remotes & tv wires hanging out everywhere Dirty bbq on front porch . Bedrooms had no fan . Front garden sprinkler wets chairs & table in morning so can’t use . A key lock safe or digital door lock would save guest time in picking up & dropping off key .

Pembroke Lodge was perfect for us. We were staying three days and needed somewhere a bit bigger for the five of us. The accommodation had a well equipped kitchen, laundry, good bedrooms and living area. We were also impressed with a full dining table as many places sleep 5 but don't sit five.
Nothing really. The only thing was maybe adding some board games? Hubby found 22 bananagram pieces scattered/lost around the lounge and started a new (challenging) game called crabble - spelling with limited letter options. The view and accommodation were wonderful - would definitely stay again if we make it back to Wanaka.
