Very quiet. Staff were great

The place was a bit remote. Most people hire a scooter. We walked. The nearest beach was 40 minutes walk

Environnement vert et bien entretenu. Emplacement pratique même si pas à côté des plus belles plages, mais ça permet d'aller facilement d'un côté ou d'un autre. Villa et terrasse spacieuse pour un couple. Accueil très sympathique.

Il pourrait y avoir quelques couverts ou ustensiles supplémentaires de cuisine.

Great communication and staff

It was a decent home, however a boon to some was an issue for me that the cat wouldn’t leave me alone nor leave the porch area throughout my stay; as I’m a little ailurophobic, this made me uncomfortable.

For me, it’s very unusual to write a review, since the property, location, and the owner all have a special energy — a pleasant one. However, we travel as a family and we travel a lot as backpackers, so this review reflects our experience and comparison with similar places for people like us. Great key handover with information beforehand. Nicole was helpful with everything. An adorable cat always welcomed us and discreetly tried to sneak into the house. The location was excellent, the rooms were spacious enough, and the living room was functional for use. For us, the location was perfect — close to the night market, beaches, and cafés.

As I mentioned, even within our simplicity we still have our expectations. I missed having nightstands or at least a small table where we could put things. There wasn’t even space for a toiletry bag, since it was too big for the sink and the shelves were already used for clothes. That’s something that can be fixed. And then there are things that the owner probably can’t influence, but they affected our stay — right from the beginning the water pressure in the bathroom was extremely weak, and the shower felt more like dancing between drops. On the last night, the water stopped completely — we couldn’t flush or take a shower… and that’s not what you want when you come back sweaty, salty from the sea, at 10:30 p.m. with nothing you can do. We managed with the garden hose, but even there the water stopped after a few minutes. I don’t know if this can be fixed or not, but if the water had worked, I think there wouldn’t really be much to complain about here.
