The Altmayer may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no parking. Paid parking options can be found nearby. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast and HDMI cord for streaming. You will be in a lively neighborhood that is prone to noise from nearby nightlife. The street is closed due to ongoing construction. One approved animal is allowed per unit at a nightly fee of $8-30/night based on length of stay. Pet registration is required prior to arrival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Perfect location"

Location couldn't be better! Youʻre in the heart of historic Savannah. I felt really safe and secure in the building as you need to enter a code at multiple entry points. The apartments are on the top floor of a three-story office building. There is no front desk or staff on the property so you'll need to be self sufficient. The studio was perfect with a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again!

Just FYI, walls are thin (a baby cried all night)

Good location. We were able to get a full refund.

We were never able to get in. The keypad wouldn’t work and there was no one around to help us. After two hours and it being 10 PM at night, we had to find other accommodations.

Proximity in historic Savannah, the security of the building, the response time of the staff

The ONLY thing that could make this place better would be some sort of parking validation but honestly parking locations are very close to the facility and not very expensive at all.

The location was good . Close to shoping and food. There were several parks near by that was nice . Had to spend the majority of the time out side anyway

Upon arrival I got an email that the ac was broken . There has been no compensation offered for the inconvenience. ( they did put a fan in the room) That alone made the room extremely uncomfortable. The layout of the room was odd but manageable. There was very low pressure in the shower and the bed was so uncomfortable my back still hurts . Not to mention the digital check in process was absolutely horrible I went back and forth for 3 days to even get checked in. I tried to cancel and they refused and tried to charge me 491$ cancel fee due to there issues. I was forced to take the reservation and then on top had no ac all weekend .. The value of the room feels way off for the experience. I dont mind 250, 3 or 4 hundred a nite .. But it needs to be of that valve and unfortunately its just not.
