The Altmayer may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no parking. Paid parking options can be found nearby. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast and HDMI cord for streaming. You will be in a lively neighborhood that is prone to noise from nearby nightlife. The street is closed due to ongoing construction. One approved animal is allowed per unit at a nightly fee of $8-30/night based on length of stay. Pet registration is required prior to arrival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Peaceful and comfortable stay in a nicely renovated vintage building."

The apartment was large and spacious and had everything you would need for a long or short stay. Very walkable to everywhere in downtown Savannah. Just loved it.

We've gone to Savannah many times, stayed in various places but this one was by far our favorite!! Close to everything, spacious and had a full kitchen. This is the only place we'll be staying moving forward.
