Great location. Amazing atmosphere and very kind and professional staff.

The staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and ok with me. Breakfast was not like my expectation but quite basic. I think it is ok with this price

Sink had hair shavings from Previous occupancy. No shower curtain. Run down and dirty, needs significant updating and regentrification.

The shower appeared to work. Didn't stay long enough to need it.

The main lobby and rooms were dirty and in very poor condition. Trash left in the hallways. Drug addicts and pan handlers all over the premises. The walls in the rooms were cracked and had mildew on all the fixtures. We were never able to access one of the three rooms we booked as they couldn't make a key that would work. We cancelled our rooms and went to another hotel.

I wish I could share the pictures I took of the first room that had stained sheets, pillow cases, and a nearing over flow toilet in room 311. The second room the man at the front counter sent us to, room #403, has a 5 foot hole in the ceiling, another similar size area that is about to break through, the beds pushed together with only two blankets, dirt and dust all over the floor, and the heating/ac unit off the wall. Then some guy in the lobby offered me and my son a ride to the next hotel and offered me to drive his truck and he boldly announced, “I would rather put a brick on the gas pedal and crash into a wall before I let anything happen to you.” I clearly declined the possible kidnapping and double homicide opportunity while the man behind the desk just stood there. Then the possible kidnapper asked for a room key for #242 and without looking the possible kidnapper up in the system, the employee charged a room key and handed it over the possible kidnapper. The kitchen/restaurant is closed down, but the same employee offered us room service from an “on-site” kitchen. Hmmm, from his own unit?!?! Scary. Scary. Scary. I forgot to mention, there was prostitution and drug dealing going on as well as, the scary shuttle van with a sign TAPED to the hood “RAMADA.” The seatbelts are broken and cracked and I was able to notice the checked engine light/oil change and service are due. My son’s and my life was put into jeopardy on several accounts. This message is just the beginning.

The food was good and that's what's soft but the rooms were the worst cracking walls holes in the ceilings and walls toilet not flushing too good they're very poor service should have got my money back
