The rooms were clean and well maintained, with spotless tile floors and everything neatly taken care of. The towels were fresh and in great condition, and the room was fully stocked with essentials like Kleenex, coffee cups, and an ice bucket. Staff were helpful and quickly provided extra towels when requested. Breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of options, including cereal with bowls and spoons, as well as fresh fruit like bananas. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay at Ramada again.

Floor sticky all over the room. No breakfast, restaurante open odd hours only (10PM to 1AM) Air Conditioner makes scary noise, Refrigerator makes scary noise, green substance at bottom of pool. Floor had brown stains.

Rooms were run down and filthy. There were spills on the floor (tile) that were not cleaned up, nor did they vacuum the floors. The towels were old and shredded. No Kleenex, no cups for the coffee maker, no ice bucket. When asked for extra towels we were told they were "in the laundry". The breakfast was a joke, no bowls for the cereal and no spoons. Minimal quantities available so not all people could eat. Just a few bananas offered and no other fruit. This was a total disappointment; I will never stay at another Ramada again!
