Dirty, bugs, fire alarm false twice, toilet leaked, microwave not working, breakfast bad, no ice bucket. Possibly worst hotel. Beds were fine. Front desk folks very kind.

I would give a zero if I could. Your Ramada by Wyndham is TRASH and needs to be closed down! Wyndham's website gives this hotel 2.8 stars and I got a reservation for $90 (Wyndham Rewards Rate) and on their Ramada website it was like $10 cheaper and even on other websites it was below $60. MOLD & mildew in the a/c, nasty stained mattress, stained blankets, nasty view from room. I would not even turn on the a.c. for fear of mold and mildew being thrown all around the room. Stains on the door, stained bathtub, brown nasty shower head. Sheets and pillow cases torn and ripped and put on inside out. Mattress cover torn and ripped. Duvet cover was NASTY!!! Chipped and broken furniture. Curtain covering window was stained from head to toe and left to right. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!
