The Tudor Hotel

Wir sind überraschend in einer höheren Kategorie als gebucht in einer Suite untergebracht worden. Geräumige, sehr saubere Unterkunft und besonders freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstück in hübschem Wintergarten.

Es gab keinen Raum für Gepäckeinlagerung für unser zu frühes Ankommen, jedoch hat das Personal eine gute Lösung gefunden.

Room was basic but comfortable. Since I stayed for a week I think they gave me a larger room than if I had just stayed one or two nights. Had everything I needed, hot shower/good water pressure/coffee maker/TV. Didn't have any meals there as my brother lived close by and I ate at his home every day.

I was cold the first day and a half as I couldn't figure out heating system, however, once staff showed me I was fine.

Location was great, 10 min walk to Eastcote tube station for easy travel to Wembley Stadium. Beds were quite comfy, room seemed clean enough, loved the fact there were plenty of towels and proper full sized ones (not the half size you usually get in hotels) air con was a god send in the heatwave, free parking

For some reason the room smelt of stale smoke and cannabis when we got back, was ok at check in so no idea why. We got back late so decided to just open the windows and put up with it. Room does need a bit of TLC. My husband and daughter were disturbed during the night by 2 people below coughing very loudly all night and morning (glad I had ear plugs), not sure if residents or other travellers, if the latter nothing the hotel can do about it

Booked for the air con which was great! Turmeric Indian below is lovely. Room was decorated well, with comfy bed and bedding. Easy parking.

Desk was high so had to sit on a cushion but there was a cushion available so that was ok.

We were in what we thought was a newly refurbished bedroom which was clean, fresh comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The en-suite was beautifully tiled with a spacious and effective shower. The room was set back from the road so very quiet. The staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and catered nicely for vegetarians. The restaurant served some vegetarian Indian dishes new to us which were nicely prepared and tasty. The dal makhani was one of the nicest I've tried.

On the 2nd day the parking was pretty crammed and we ended up squeezing into an area that felt a bit like waste ground. There is a lot of builders materials in the rear car park which if tidied up would release a good few parking spots.
