Studio 6 Suites Houston, TX - Spring

The rooms need some painting and the toilet ran a lot.

Wife of the manager should not attend customers everybody else were nice and respectful

The property

The toilet didn’t work  shower curtain didn’t work was broke sofa sleeper was broke. 

We were passing through and stayed here during our family vacation. The room was exactly as advertised and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Fast Check in

The hotel hallways were so hot. The room wasn’t what they pictured on the internet. it says it’s a smoke free building, but as soon as you walk in the lobby it smells. I reserved a room with two queens. The room was pretty decent size, but it was pretty nasty, the carpet was stained with blue marks. The pull out couch was legit was broken. I feel as if they should have removed it, instead it was left in the room and the couch pillows on top of the small table. The restroom had mold stains

The staff was great and very helpful. The room however was not great. There were hairs in the sink and bath tub, the floors were very sticky and grimy. (Took my shoes off and walked around then found my feet to be very dirty). The bed was some what comfortable was the comforter was very thin so I woke up very cold in the middle of the night. The mini fridge barely worked, some buttons on the microwave did not work, one bed side lamp did not have a light bulb and I was disappointed to find that we did not have an iron in our room to fix clothes for our trip and the TV remote did not work.

My credit card was stolen i did not book this stay or am i even in that state.The Hotel lets anyone stay there without verification that they are who they are.
