There wasn’t any coffee or any snack machines or any breakfast food in the mornings

This hotel does not even deserve 1 star. It’s awful and I would rather sleep in my truck than stay here. The manager named “Kay” was so rude and unprofessional and has absolutely no customer service skills. This place is horrible and should be shut down permanently. Do not stay here!!!

nothing looked clean carpets nasty

Had to waken person at desk for check-in at 8pm/ no smile or verbal greeting. When we asked where the complimentary breakfast would be located, the response was a simple, dis-interested, sullen "No breakfast". Rusty shower head / bad mattress / no over-mirror light in bath / bathroom door looked as if major flooding peeled bottom and sides and had simply been painted.over / no additional mirror in the suite / ice machine broken / vending machine out of order.

Renovation was going on, so not a lot to this hotel for now. I was just there to simply sleep, which met my need for the night. It's a descent hotel to stay for a night or 2, and it's close to a lot of stores & restaurants. Price is reasonable, but there is hardly no amenities for now, except for a pool. It's a good place to sleep, but not much outside that.

Light bulbs were missing. Sink did not have a stopper. Smoke alarm had been tampered with, thankfully the staff replaced it and hopefully it works. Closet did not have any hangers. There were roaches in the bathroom. The bedspread, toilet cover and carpet have burn holes. this was supposed to be a non smoking room and upon arrival smelled like it had been sprayed with deodorizer.
