Bugs everywhere

Room hadn’t been cleaned, my granddaughter found condoms in drawers. Half lotion. Didn’t get two beds only one bed and a pullout bed that my dog couldn’t slept on, hot tub didn’t work, no breakfast. He said he would refund but gave 20 instead. First and last time there

It smelled like ass

after I checked in, I walked to the room and I use the key on the door, but it looked like the door jam had been broken like someone had tried to break in. And I went in the room and I couldn’t get the door to shut securely. The room smelled mildew. the mini fridge was propped open with a garbage bag sticking out of it as well. I went back to the front and asked them to put me in a different room. both rooms had stains on the carpet. This room also had stains all over the couch and the office chair. I laid a towel down on the office chair so I could sit. There were also stains on the pillowcases and the sheets. It looks like something has filled in the refrigerator.

This hotel is Horrible. Expedia should be ashamed for doing business with this hotel. I walked in saw the room and tried to get my money back but expedia said they could since it was none refundable and booked online. But i trust expedia and thought this hotel would be ok but i was wrong. There was old mattresses in the hallways when i opened the door to the room i saw roaches run away,all the lamp shades were torn i dont see how they passed their health inspection. Im soo disappointed in expedia and after so many years of business with them. I will probably never do business with them. I even had a trip booked for Hawaii this October but im going to cancel that and just rebook somewhere else

Room and bathroom was unclean, smoking weed in the parking lot therefore could smell in the hotel and room with our 3 kids!

Mattresses were dirty the room was disgusting. I had to ask to be switched to a different room. The carpet is really nasty. I was uncomfortable and did not want to sleep there, but because I was coming from Phoenix Arizona that was the only hotel that I was able to sleep in I would never sleep here again it needs to be renovated carpet beds everything need to be torn away. I pray that I don’t have any bedbugs or bugs in my bags.

Unfriendly staff asking for a deposit in case I smoke but the carpet of the room was absolutely disgusting and dirty

The entire hotel smelled like Marijuana The elevator was broken and our room was on the 2nd floor...husband has knee issues so that was very inconvenient for us. The room wasn't cleaned properly
