Studio 6 Suites Houston, TX - Spring

This was a horrible experience. Don’t book this at all. And if you do, call the hotel directly. Hotels.com charged 50 resort fee to book through them which was not advertised in the original price. This sucked.

To say the hotel was an utter disappointment would be an understatement. Have had great stays with using the choice hotels in the past month since becoming a rewards member. It was listed on website as free hot breakfast, which was non existent, and was told by front desk the next morning that they don’t do breakfast. Also listed on website as 24 hour fitness center, which was locked when I got up the next morning with a key and not a key card. No one was at the front desk at that time to unlock it for me. Room floor was filthy with dirt and what appeared to be hair from every previous guest that had stayed there. And to top it all off the pool was closed by order of the health department, my son was disappointed to say the least.

Lobby smelled like pot. First room they gave us had a broken door lock, crumblrd cigarettes, trash, broken table top that nearly fell on my foot. New room they put us in had no towels, no iron, no hair dryer, bed was terribly uncomfortable, and cigarette burns all over bed spread, pillows were small and hard, couch back upholstry was torn completly open on bottom. No continental breakfast was available, not that i would have trusted it anyway.

I did not like anything about this property!!

Rude staff, dirty, old, nasty place!! No breakfast, blood in the bathtub, no lock on the door, holes in the blankets, crumbs and white stains on the couch…. To name a few!!!

Was a completly mistake, really nasty and dirty. They offered breakfast on the add. But was not true. Facilities so nasty. Room were full of croach. This facilities needs to be closed by health department.

It’s was okay for the cause

The rooms are dirty and the couches are broke. Changed my room 3 times due to broken couch so it could not be pulled out, cockroach in the shower, and other issues. The pull out couches have no mattresses, so very inconvenient. No breakfast as stated. The whole place smells like marijuana and the room above us had kids running around in il 4 in the morning. Women walking in in just lingerie heading upstairs then leaving about a half dozen times while we sat around the pool. The carpets in the he hall and stairs going up are extremely dirty, trash in the halls, and the walls are peeling and are dirty. I asked for an extra towel as they supply only two and we had a party of 4, and they stated they have none left. I stayed during the 4th of July extended weekend, so everything else was booked by the time I tried to leave. No discount was offered only they are under renovation. This place need more than a renovation, it needs to be closed until all work is done.

Dead roaches in icebox dirty microwave ,old brown rusty tub , no room service was there for 2 nights ! Hall way 100 degrees
