Studio 6 Suites Houston, TX - Spring

This was the worst Hotel experience. This property should not be on the Expedia web site its unsafe. The property is not family oriented when you pull up at 1:00 am from driving 545 miles and observe allegedly drug deals and prostitution activity in the parking lot. The Pictures are deceiving no continental breakfast served period, but they state that and have the furnished area but no food nothing worked. The lobby had a strong marijuana odor that the manager Ben said he didn't notice when I complained. Tired and frustrated I checked in to my room that he escorted me to on the second floor. I observed exit doors wide open not locked. I observed no ice machines worked, entering the room it had a foul odor and the door was beaten up, the pullout couch for my two granddaughters was broken the couch pillows were ripped the and the mattress had stains on it. He escorted us to another room with the same results broken and stained furniture. I informed Ben we could not stay here due to the property condition. My family and I exited the room and went to the lobby with our luggage. I requested a refund from Ben and he stated he could not because he was not the manager, but he would tell him we did not keep the reservation due to the condition of the property. I booked another Hotel room at The Heritage 3:00am.

The staff was unfriendly. There was food outside the rooms on the floor. No breakfast or coffee available. Sheets were dirty.

Ceiling fan was broken. Air conditioner didn't work well. Smelled like marijuana in the lobby and hallway. Pool was closed upon arrival without notice. Roaches in the room. Bedding was VERY VERY thin. Had to ask for extra bedding for the fold out sofa.

I was there 3 days. Upon arrival the room smelled, roaches and they never came to clean room or replace towels, beds were comfortable, but I was fearful that linens were never changed from prior customers. I didn't leave because I had no choice. It was closer to airport, as I was leaving Houston. Roaches everywhere in Houston. Terrible stay. I lifted linen, mattress didn't look clean. Horrible place to stay.....Bye Houston ...Oh yeah cheap flat pillows

The place looked old and run down. They also advertised that they offered free breakfast, but the staff said they haven’t done so in a while. Why not update the site? I wouldn’t recommend.

My Room 118 was Full of ROACHES

Check in was easy and quick, the only issue I had was the top cover on the bed had a cigarette burn in it, and the lamps on each side of the bed looked old and dirty. Other than that it was a nice stay
