The front office staff were nice and helpful

The rooms were not the best they had holes in the comforter. The cleaning staff DID NOT wait until a person answered the door, she just walked in and was very impatient.

We got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes, had people threatening to shoot everyone all night. Mold all over the bathroom, and in the refrigerator. Broken tiles were they could cut people, no fire alarms, missing electrical outlet covers, food and trash all over the room.

This was by far the worst experience. We had to book somewhere quickly as our original booking elsewhere was cancelled. We found this location and they had the space to accommodate our family. However, it was disgustingly dirty. They say smoke free but people smoke inside the rooms blankets had burn holes, you could smell smoke while in hallways. They claim they have microwaves in rooms and they do but don’t work, one was rusted terribly and looked very unsafe to use. The restrooms were super dirty. Our family was in a bind and stayed but we will never frequent this establishment and I have no idea how they are in business

It states breakfast is included but they stopped serving it three months ago—broken beds and reached in room. This place should be closed.

An actual crack pipe was found in the bathroom. Thankfully a family member found it and not a child but it was really trashy. The staff was very night and the lobby and pool and hottub were decent
