The washroom could use some care,ie caulking needs to be replaced ,the curtain rod turns and makes curtain open.

There is absolutely nothing I liked about the hotel. Check-in was a hassle. Hallways smelt like smoke, room was disgusting. Bathroom was disgusting.

Everything about the hotel they couldn't produce a receipt so I could get reimbursed for work, hallways smelt heavily of smoke rooms smelt and weren't clean

Left before breakfast started, but payed good money for the room and no eggs no hot food could do better.

No coffee maker in room

Rooms were clean and staff was welcoming and strive to make the stay great. They also had the option to have all sheets and towels changed daily. I really liked these things. The beds and the pillows were fantastic.Unfortunately, I suffer from back pain, so not the best for me, But they were very comfortable A+. Check in and out was very simple and easy.

We had a room with 2 Queen beds and it came with a mini fridge, on the first night, I put some yogurt, ham and hot dogs in there for my young child, only to find out the next morning that the room was colder than the inside of the fridge, even after playing around with it and checking inside Temperature, it's still Didn't do anything. Also when I tried to use the hair dryer is was not in working order. Saturday morning, I went to the front desk to express my concerns and left for the afternoon, (approximately 4 hours) when we returned, we had a brand new mini fridge and the hairdryer was replaced, which was very nice. The washroom didnt have liquid soap. (Not a huge deal) I just don't like bar soap lol. Had shampoo but no conditioner which is impossible with long hair. No toothpaste or mini mouth wash. When it came to the free breakfast , I was slightly disappointed to find out that the only offered cereal, yogurt, prepackaged little muffins and bagels with cream cheese. I do understand it is a lower end hotel, I do not like cereal and it was very hard to find something to enjoy. I think offering something like frozen eggo waffles or even the frozen pancakes would be a great addition ( quick and easy to just put in the toaster.) Even some bread to make toast with peanut butter or jam would be nice. Not that I looked that hard , but I also didn't notice if they had any tea options. Overall, it was manageable, considering Tim Hortons was right next door and only about a 2 minute walk, If that. Overall I would stay again.
