La Smeralda - Boutique Rooms and Breakfast

Beautiful place, all the staff very professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet with every delicacy of Italian cuisine with also some Sardinian specialties. I had booked at La Smeralda because I had seen that you could enjoy a typical local breakfast. I travel a lot both for work and for holidays and I wanted to finally have a different experience, to break away from the usual boring patterns, because I didn't want to find the usual international cuisine for breakfast (scrambled eggs, sandwiches, sausages, smoked herring, etc.). Here I found delicious homemade cakes and desserts, local cured meats and cheeses, Sardinian milk and pastries, strictly seasonal and local fruit (therefore not fruit out of season which travels thousands of km to reach the other side of the world) and I really appreciated this because it is a demonstration of great attention towards the customer. Highly recommended

The place is located close to the beach, newly renovated and cleaned every day.

Price is expensive for what you get. They don't have nice views. Breakfast was ok, but lacked warm food, mainly sandwitches and cakes. No nice place outside where you could spend time. I didn't like that they asked for a review in person, while standing next to me. It gave me pressure.

Location was excellent, a minutes walk to a lovely beach, the breakfast was great with lots of choice. The staff were helpful and very quick with information like directions to the accommodation and transport advice etc. The room was spacious and shower excellent. I liked that I could dry clothes outside the window.

Cost for leaving luggage seemed expensive at 30 euros. Some flexibility around arrival and departure rules could make one feel a little more relaxed.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating. We were late to breakfast but they kept it ready for us even though we didn’t ask. Overall great experience, very cute, homey, bed and breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

The staff and owners could not have been more wonders. The breakfast was superb! Location was a one minute walk to a beautiful beach with a bar . The town was incredible! We will be back. Roz and Robert .

We had a wonderful stay at La Smeralda. The rooms were beautiful and clean, as was the bathroom. The breakfast every morning was wonderful, especially the homemade cakes and tarts. The staff was absolutely wonderful too - very kind and attentive and always willing to help make our stay the best possible. The location was also perfect - in the town center. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

We had an amazing time at this outstanding place. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest smiles from the staff, which set the tone for our entire visit. The level of care and attention to detail they provided was truly exceptional. The rooms were spotlessly clean, fresh, and bright, creating a cheerful atmosphere. The staff's kindness, helpfulness, and sincere attitude made us feel valued. A truly unforgettable stay that we can't wait to repeat!
