The staff were nice

The room was not clean no space to move around had my child with me requested a crib and was struggling to take all of our stuff and my son up the stairs to our room. Crib was not working properly so had to put extra weight in it to hold it down l. Bed comforter was ripped the whole length called staff and they replaced it right away didn’t want get blamed for this bed cover staff were quick and very nice though.

Location was great. Breakfast was an excellent bonus, staff were extremely nice.

Hotel smelled strongly of cleaning supplies. Very strongly. The towels were dirty and stained, the toilet roll holder fell off the wall, stains on bedding.

The hotel was reasonable price, beds were comfortable, room was clean. We slept well

The shower was scalding hot with hardly any cold water-so couldn't turn the water on fully and thus poor spray. Dangerous for kids. The Tv remote didnt work properly..Wouldnt turn off or change channels for part of the morning. Then started working.. Advised staff of both problems,
