Staff was great. Very nice rooms.

I will never ever use booking.com again. They are next to impossible to communicate with. They charged me for a cancelled reservation. Next time I’ll deal directly with comfort inn.

Very helpful Ronda at reception. Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the DIY waffles at breakfast.

Paper cups instead of glasses or mugs. No cutlery or plate in room. Hard floors on the room above - noisy guests above from about 5.30am.

It was very clean. And every time you met a hotel employee in the hall they always spoke to us. So friendly.

What I didn’t like was beyond the hotels control. They were doing construction on the outside entrance at the end so we had to climb two flights of stairs and then walk to the very end where our room was. And that was just an inconvenience when we checked in and check out We didn’t mind the walk when we weren’t weighed down with bags. Over all it was a great place to stay
