Staff was so nice. Loved that they didn't start running the vacuum until 10am and she asked as I was going out for the day if I was okay with her cleaning up.

Elevator is in an odd location

Comfortable beds. I like the 4 pillows on bed. Breakfast was okay.

Need s bigger eating area. It was packed the whole time during breakfast. To be expected but maybe needs a little extra space.

Location of hotel was convenient to be able to drive to the Monterey pier and cannery row. The room and hotel were very comfortable, room was great! Great bike path nearby, lots of food choices. Pretty quiet hotel overall, easy parking.

Honestly the front hotel staff could have been a little more friendly.

Great Great place to stay. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.
