Great hotel just no breakfast for a week

They never did the bed, we stayed 3 days. The breakfast was poor, they never had enough, we had to asked for everything.

Good stay for bball tourney. Easy access to lots of food around and to gym

Cleaning staff has not vacuumed the room for three days, has not refilled hand Paper towels by the hand wash sink, even after requesting the front desk two times .

Great hotel

Nothing said they only lean every 3 days. We are a family of 4. We stayed two nights. No one emptied our trash nor gave us fresh towels. when I asked for them, I was told they only clean every three days and even though there were four of us, I was only given two sets of clean towels, Service lacking.

Property was not prepared. No maintenance available. AC not working when I checked in and toilet not flushing said there were no rooms available to move me to and they could get me a plunger. After traveling for 7 hours, this was one of the worst experiences at a Holiday Inn

The jacuzzi/ hot tub is nonexistent. Although the internet shows different. That was a key booking point for us. The parking is tight. The check-in in gal was so kind and helpful. The breakfast staff was rude and very short when asked about what is offered. The pancake machine was broken, there were no yogurts or hard boiled eggs. There was no protein option avl. The juices were very watered down. no kid friendly cereal. The bathroom was clean. The beds were comfy. Room did need a good dusting and review on hard to spot areas we found trash left behind nothing to crazy just small pieces. Head of housekeeping was super friendly.

Stuff was not friendly and not helpful

there are few homeless people around the hotel
