"It was horrible,smelly and dirty"

nothing.

the floor was dirty, carpet too old. the couch was old and i did not feel safe sitting on it. the smell in the room was strong and I had a hard time sleeping. i will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The fact that the hotel has a government program and you are situated basically with what looked like homeless people. With police disrupting your piece outside your hotel room past midnight. This hotel is not worth the money I paid

"Everything was fine"

Breakfast was tasty. The staff is very friendly. Clean, nice place. We came without a car. No problem with buses. Not far from Toronto Zoo. 17 min by bus to Pan Am Sport Centre.
