Elastyczne podejscie do klienta. Bylismy w okolicy na zawodach i prosilismy o check in przed oficjalna godzina. Hotel bez problemu udostepnil nam pokoj 2 godziny wczesniej. Byl rowniez otwarty na late check out.

Nie mam uwag

The staff were wonderful and friendly and offered to upgrade us to a queen instead of two doubles. The hotel was conveniently located near lots of shopping and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfy.

The room was WAY over priced. We paid $258 for one night which in a comparable hotel elsewhere would have cost closer to $150 a night. Although the rooms were non-smoking ours and our friends smelt like stale cigarettes. The shower was a bare trickle of water and the glass sliding doors looked like they had been pried open at some point and never correctly fixed. The sliding doors didn't close properly and the only "lock" was a small piece of metal that could be lifted out from the outside parking lot if someone wanted to. Overall, the staff was great but the rooms leave a LOT to be desired for the price you're paying. Would I stay here again? A resounding no. Did we die? Not this time ;0)

Breakfast was OK, but should be MORE verities. All the rest was OK. Staff - good.

Temperature settings. Had trouble setting the desired temperature.

The property is very well loved and cared for by staff.

No issues
