Close to everything, clean, friendly, accommodating staff, good breakfast

Found bed a little hard. Pillows not great

Lisa was a fantastic host, as was the morning staff

Now as strong as a dislike, but the breakfast wasn’t my favourite.

The convience of the location.

We stay here everytime we visit Owen sound and have had lovely rooms. This time our room was old and outdated. We expected better.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfest was delicious.

Bathroom didn't latch.

It did not have a gym.

The receptionist had absolutely no interest in talking. When you asked questions, He answered indifferently — like a recording — just doing his job. The Wi-Fi didn’t work because his handwriting was so bad. When we went back to the reception, he just said, “It is what it is; we can connect,” showing no concern at all. If you have a heavy suitcase, you have to carry it up the stairs yourself — no one helps, and there’s no elevator. Overall, this is the last time I’ll ever stay in a hotel like this. Also, the breakfast was cold and had very little variety. The phrase “excellent breakfast” was completely misleading.

Nothing at all, just the city was great

Overall the stay was lovely. The facilities were very good, room clean and made daily. Staff were very pleasant all the time.

The shampoo and conditioner seemed kind of 'weak'. The main entrance area was always neat, well lit, and quite welcoming.

The front staff was very nice and I liked they had welcome coffees and teas
