Overall, the accommodation was very good. What I don't understand is why my credit card was charged $431.96 when my bill which agreed with my booking was $381.96. Why the $50 discrepency?

C’était agréable, mais les lits n’étaient pas très confortables. Le personnel est très gentil, et le petit déjeuner très correct.

Our first floor room was advertised as having a fridge and microwave. There was neither. There was no hairdryer. There was no phone. There was no coffee pot. The lampshades were burned and torn with missing lightbulbs. The rug was filthy. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. We paid the exact same price for this disgusting room as did our travelling companions, who had a room on the third floor. But worst of all, when we told this to the staff, they said they could do nothing about it "because we had booked through Expedia"! As though Expedia would be happy to know that the room they booked for us was horrid. We asked for the contact information of the Manager who was not on site until Monday. An email was sent to her Tuesday, asking that she confirm receipt of the same. Over a week later, we have not had the courtesy of a reply. It was our worst hotel experience ever.

We paid the price of a premium hotel for a smelly room with equipment that were worn out. First of all the room smelled like feet! The bed was so uncomfortable and noisy that we decided to sleep on separate beds. At night, a loud music could be heard from one of the units which did not let us sleep and there was no means in the room to call the receptionist. It was the worst experience I had in Port Hope. I won't be back to this place again!

Rooms are old, paint peeling, dirty, old filthy carpet. There were lights broken in parking lot flashing all night because they need replacing, which flashed through the window all night. Pillows were only half the size of a pillow full of old, crappy foam.... probably 10 years old. Staff was rude about it when i asked.

Place was conveniently located just off highway . Its not the Four Seasons, but the bed was super comfortable. Not noisy at all either. Front desk staff needs to smile and be happier. She was less than friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly. The room looked dated but it had everything in the room I needed. Location is fantastic and I was close or easily able to find items I wanted. The bathroom needed some attention and could have been cleaned a little better. Overall I found my experience was good.
