The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The view from the room is gorgeous. The rooms, the swimming pool are clean, the towels are changed several times a week. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The Mata Family apartment is an insider's tip for family holidays. Clean and adequate facilities, in the meantime a pool for the kids are just perfect. The beach and the supermarket are a stone's throw from here. The kidness of the host (Martina) has to be mentioned. Because of here it feelt like "family" holidays. We definitly will come back to Molunat. Thank you!

Les 2 hôtes sont extrêmement gentils !! Ils nous ont dépanné plusieurs fois. Le cadre est magnifique, à quelques minutes de la frontière du Monténégro et face à la mer, l’appartement est juste top car dans un cadre charmant ! (Voiture obligatoire pour la Croatie de manière globale) il y a une supérette en bas de l’appartement, une piscine magnifique. J’y retournerai c’est sûr ! Nous avons adoré

Very kind and friendly owners! Nice place to relax by the sea. There is a shop very close by. Beatiful nature, a great pool and barbeque area. Possibilities for cooking, all utincils available. Clean and nicely decorated apartments! 10/10! Warmly recommended!

Missa inte den här pärlan! Så fina och fräscha lägenheter med utsikt över vattnet. Köket var bra utrustat. Bra säng och fina frottéhanddukar. AC fungerar perfekt och är tyst. Praktiskt med en matbutik precis i närheten. Familjen/ägarna är så härliga och gör det där " lilla extra" för att du ska trivas! Rekommenderas!

We had the pleasure of staying in Mata Family Apartments. The hosts are very kind and accommodating and they made our stay in Molunat even more beautiful. The apartments are new and decorated with style, also, the sea, beach, shop and parking are right in front of the apartment. We are thrilled with the family that hosted us so nicely and we hope to see you again soon (we still have to take pictures with the youngest member :))

Wonderful place, piece and quiet. Perfect for recreation. Waterfront, nearest beach is in 30 meters. Plenty of other bathing opportunities, small piers for diving wherever you look, crystal clear water with rich sea life. Apartment with balcony, very modern and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed, a dining-table, a sofa, TV with all possible channels, even a chaises-longue on the balcony! Very clean, with spotless surfaces, high-quality bed sheets and furnishings. An incredible view of the bay with small islands, surrounded by green hills: pines, thujas, palm- and olive-trees in a pristine landscape. Croatian cuisine, including local white and red wines and beer, is very tasty. The local restaurant is in 150-200 meters, it has a variety of fish and meat meals (main course costs around 40 euro for two persons with wine), but it closed on October 15th. High season was over to our great surprise (sea water was still 23 degrees!), but the store has a wide selection of local produce as well as international canned and frozen food, so we started cooking ourselves. Kitchen has all the necessary amenities. Suitable for relaxed holidays, in total tranquility (would recommend a long-stay also, longer than our one-week one), ideal for grown-ups who want to escape from hustle and bustle of city life. The hosts are really friendly. You will definitely feel welcome, as if you are the first and only guests. Thank you very much, Matija and Martina! We cannot wait to come to you again!
