Mata Family Apartments

Lovely apt, we were only there for 2 nights but would have loved to have had more. Apt perfect, facilities there excellent, by a well stocked supermarket, tiny beach a minute away, pier to jump from across the road. Two lovely restaurants up the road. Host amazing, so nice to us!

Nothing, everything perfect.

We had a perfect location in small and beautiful Molunat. The appartment was a small studio but in very good condition. Everything was clean and in good condition. Martina and her family was very nice and she was in contact with us almost every day. I really recommend going there

A lovely clean apartment in a beautiful location. The host Martina was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area . She even provided us with fresh food on arrival and during our stay . We couldn’t have asked for more during our stay in Molunat

We had such a lovely stay! The place had an amazing view, was super cozy and peaceful. The room was well equipped and large enough. The owners were super nice. Sun shines to the pool all day and at the front porch on afternoon and evening. There’s a grocery store downstairs and a few cafes and restaurants on walkable distance. There is also a rental place for jet, kayaks etc. across the street. We had a car so we visited both Dubrovnik areas and Montenegro and we recommend having are car as the places near by are worth seeing.

exceptionally clean! the host Martina was beyond helpful! Embarrassingly, she even helped me learn how to reverse my rental car. 🙃Molunat is an amazing place! We enjoyed daily walks and I love that the rental is right above a full supermarket! There’s also a lovely restaurant within walking distance!! We hope to return in the future! Lovely place that would be perfect for multiple groups or extended family as there’s large communal areas to dine and enjoy evening drinks!

Everything was perfect! the best place in Croatia. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped. The pool is perfect for hot days. extremely nice hosts. Martina is the best host under the sun, she took care of us like family. We felt at home. we will definitely come back there!

The location is excellent. Water front view. The amenities are great, it has a swimming pool that we really enjoyed. Grocery store downstairs. Restaurants nearby. Martina and family are superb, very accommodating and friendly
