Mata Family Apartments

A beautiful view of the sea/bay from the balcony. Very nice and helpful staff. A very modern, comfortable and clean apartment.

Fully equipped outdoor kitchen next to the pool :) Rooms newly decorated, absolutely spotless, comfy beds, powerful air-con and good water pressure in the shower. Martina is amazing host.

It's now been a week since we returned from a fabulous 11 night stay at Mata family apartments. Myself and my partner wish we were still there. Martina and her family were lovely and made us feel so welcome attending to any of our needs and giving recommendations. Martina even made us homemade Courgette fritters and gave us a home made Brady liquor which tasted amazing. The apartments are very clean model and have the most amazing views over the bay of Molute a small fishing village only 30 minutes drive from dubrovnik Airport and 1 hour by bus from dubrovnik old town. The apartments are with easy walk to 2 restaurants and a small local supermarket and 2 swimming spots but if you don't fancy swimning in the sea mata family apartments has a lovely pool which felt like you had to yourself. We loved our quite peaceful stay and have been recommending to all our family and friends to visit to wonderful place and plan on returning ourselves in the near future.

We spent a couple of days and rented two apartments for our 3 adult and 6 children group of people. We really have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. The level of hospitality was top notch, the cleanliness and condition in general of the apartments as well as the apartment area, top notch. Great value and the only complaint is directed to us for not planning a longer stay. Molunat as a village is really idyllic as bonus.

We absolutely LOVED staying here! Martina and her family made us feel at home, even treating us to some of her delicious Zucchini fritters. Our apartment was spacious, clean & modern. My family and myself really appreciated the huge balcony with beautiful views. The pool was inviting and great for the kids… There is a small beach a few feet away which is perfect for a quick dip… or if you fancy a 10 min walk to Molunat Sandy Beach right next to Monika’s restaurant that’s even better… We really enjoyed our stay and I do hope people come to Molunat and stay at Mata Apartments. We can’t wait to see you all soon!

A lovely cosy place with a marvelous view. Martina who runs this Gem is the heart and soul of this place as she went out of her way to help out with whatever we needed. We left with such a positive experience.

I had a great experience. Very friendly, helpful and could not do enough to make my stay enjoyable.
