Mata Family Apartments

Brand new and well laid-out holiday apartments. Martina does an excellent job to make her guests happy. If you like peace and quiet in a serene environment, then Molunat and Mata Family Apartments is the place to be. There is not much to do and a few places to eat-out. Yet, you are close to busiet and more crowded tourist hotspots like Cavcat and, of course, Dubrovnik. Or, you can find some local fish and take the advantage of the communal barbecue in the compound with excellent views!

Nothing. Maybe more the kitchen utensils and cutlery.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location was amazing, close to shop, restaurants, beach, boat rental etc. A swimming pool is a big advantage, children loved to spend time there.

For our 5 members family, the apartment was a little bit too small. But it wasn't a big problem.

Everything was great. Martina did our check-in at night without any problems. She was also very helpful when there were problems. We had everything we needed. If you want to relax this is the best place away from the noise and tourism like other locations.

Perfect location, opposite beach, a restaurant and supermarket below. Great facilities, spotlessly clean, everything beautifully maintained. Incredibly generous host, helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble.

La propriétaire est très agréable, de bon conseils, toujours prête à rendre service. La crique est au pied du logement, la supérette également. Studio très propre. Espace déjeuner est un véritable plus. En revanche Robert le booker moins sympa et très expéditif il m as demande de regler 3 enfants en plus alors que j’ai mentionne dans ma reservation 2 adultes et 2 enfants et 1 bebe Malgre que je lui ai envoyé ma réservation. Il ne voulait rien savoir et voulais être paye en cash !! J’ai essayé d ‘appeler hotels.com a maintes reprises malgré mon statut GOLD sans succès... J ‘ai du réglé suites aux menaces.

Everything was amazing, it didn’t feel like we were at an apartment rather it felt like a resort. The owner was super welcoming and amazing.

Everything was terrific!! The view, the apartment, and especially our host Martina!!! The place was absolutely clean everywhere and everything looked new! The pool was great and the outside kitchen for all to share is a nice extra!! We can’t wait to come back a stay for a week or two. The only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Arrived very late due to flight delay, owner unfazed and welcoming and offered us food. Apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious. Area was picturesque and overlooked a lovely bay. Shop, two strides away, reasonable prices. Pizza parlour opposite, great food, great service. It was cash only but we didn’t have any, they were happy to wait until next day when I could get cash, very trustworthy ( I paid the bill of course). Good parking, only an hour from Dubrovnik. Owners very helpful and friendly. I would easily recommend, it was a joy from start to finish
