Very accommodating. Breakfast was not hot but had waffles, bagels, cereal and oatmeal. Rooms were large Pet friendly

Likeliness, accomodations and location

Noisy Nextdoor people but we didn’t complain

I was satisfied with the hotel. The only problem was my husband had a fall while we were there (not at the hotel). He broke his leg. I asked to change to a handicap room, since he was not in a wheelchair. The front desk informed me I would have to pay for 2 rooms for the night, since I was already in a room. From what I understand they were not booked. I found that a little unreasonable. I stayed in our original room and made do.

The breakfast needs to be upgraded. Add fresh fruit ie grapes and bananas. At least boiled eggs and Belgian waffles.

There were ants in the room. Initially on the air conditioning unit, then on the headboard of the bed then us. The bathroom needs to be upgraded to support handicapped. It was difficult for me to use the commode. It was difficult to sit and get up with no support. The pool was closed indefinitely so we were told, but there was water in the pool. Why was it closed?

pool wasn't operational and you had to go down stairs if you wanted snacks, the vending machines were empty. also my sheet on the bed had a red mark, hope it wasn't dried blood.

Rooms were large and clean.

The room we booked was supposed to have 2 queen beds, they were only doubles. Made the sleeping arrangements a little more difficult.

The room in appearance seem cleaned however after further inspection it was disappointing. The bed itself was decent however the sheets and blankets were very tough almost resembled cardboard. I did not attend breakfast at anytime.

the receptionist was rude. She preferred to sit aside and text on her phone until I had to manually call the front desk to be serviced. When I identified it was her after she answered the phone while i stood there at the desk, I had to then ask her if i could check in. And in addition, the maid service never came to my room for my two day stay, it was told to me they do not service everyday but towels would have been appreciated.
