Location, price

This place needs a make over badly, have been staying here on our trips to Md, in the 5 yrs, we have seen no upgrades what so ever. The indoor pools has not been open in the 5yrs that we have stayed, this visit, sign on door to pool said, closed do to a broken window, I did see caution tape by the pool. You advertise as having an indoor pool? How about getting it opened back up. No vending machines in the 5 yrs, kinda crazy they are there, with nothing in them and an out of order sign on all of them. Seems like all new personnel with no personality. Have safes in room for personal items, no one's know how to use them, the breakfast in the am is so, so. Use to love thier sausage gravel and biscuits, now it just seems like they heat it up and leave it there creating a crust like covering. When we travel we always try to stay in a comfort suites hotel, clean+ affordable, great locations. This one is will have to say that we will not book a stay any more. Many hotels in the area, and its time to check others for our stay. We visit md 3 to 4 times or more a year. Sorry for your lose at this location. Thanks

The staff I encountered were very pleasant. The room altho a little dated was clean and the bed comfortable. With basic maintenance, and a little care, this would be a very nice place. I did not get out early enough for breakfast

The hallways were quite dark at the end away from the desk. Upper floors. Also smelled alot like weed. My door was not secured when I arrived. When using my key later it took many tries to get it unlocked. The lady at the desk said the battery for the lock was probably dying. Why would housekeeping not mention this when the room was cleaned before I came? Instead they left the door open. As an older woman traveling alone, this is quite concerning. I really didnt feel safe all nite long. The bench in the room ahd 2 legs that leaned badly. Had I sat on it or put my luggage on it, it would have broke
