I don't know, they didn't honor the reservation

The hotel said they were over booked and they couldn't honor my reservation. I couldn't find another hotel and had no place to stay.

"Hyatt House lived up to our expectations as was recommended to us by our daughter after her stay there."

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt house in Winnipeg. Very comfortable bed!! Very friendly staff that dropped whatever they were doing to greet you at check-in time. Very close to the oulet mall and Ikea. A lot of nearby dining choices as well as shopping choices. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Loved the small sofa in the room. Everything was nice and clean.

"Check services before booking"

Normally love this property for its location and amenities but the last stay the entire pool and hot tub was closed the entire weekend of my stay and I upgraded to a suite so it cost me even more and could not use the reason why I booked the hotel.
