Staff members were great.

The meals could be better for dinner. I will be happy to have a choice for pasta. In salad, shrimp were overfried. The pizza unfortunately wasn't tasty.

We stay at this property over 60 nights per year and cannot say enough good things about the location, cleanliness, and especially the outstanding staff. Shout out to Benny, Tasin, Dany, Yulia and Marie! The last time we stayed, we attended a family funeral, and the staff sent us flowers of condolence. The team at this property will make you feel like home.

"The best extended stay hotel I have been in."

I have been at the Hyatt House for almost a year due to work. Seldom do I come across a hotel that can deliver like the HH. Every single staff member made me feel very welcome and always called me by my name and said hello, especially Mel, Candice, Gabby, Lexi in the restaurant/pub. The cleaning staff also exceeded my expectations keeping my suite in top shape. I will miss everyone when my project is done and I will no longer need to stay there. What a well run hotel from the top down. Highly recommend the place.
