Good location nice enviroment, clean place, tasty foods, Overall it was a good experince.

It felt so luxurious, especially for the price. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was incredibly warm and helpful. The staff assisted us with our luggage. The room itself was fantastic: the bathroom was beautiful and large, and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, like a grand buffet with plenty of options. The pool was another highlight, clean, warm, and perfect for a relaxing swim. The staff throughout our stay were consistently friendly and attentive and the outstanding service. Everyone was smiling and super helpful.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience with your hotel that has caused significant inconvenience and distress. We made a confirmed reservation for 7 guests through Booking.com. However, on the morning of our arrival, while we were already en route to Katharagama, we received a call from your staff informing us that 3 of the booked rooms were out of order. This left us stranded with no alternative accommodation and no prior notice. To make matters worse, the staff member who contacted us was extremely rude and unprofessional, even stating “Do what you like” when we tried to explain our situation. We attempted to seek assistance from Booking.com, but unfortunately, they were not helpful either. Later, we were contacted by your Head Office Sales Manager, Mr. Nalaka, who offered to accommodate us at Grand Tamarind Lifestyle, a lower-budget hotel, for the same price including dinner. Given the level of disappointment and the lack of trust at that point, we could not accept this alternative. This was the worst experience of my life in terms of hotel bookings. I urge your management to take this matter seriously and ensure that such incidents do not happen to other guests in the future. Confirmed bookings should be honored, and customer service should reflect the standards expected of a reputable establishment. I would appreciate a response and an explanation regarding this incident. Sincerely,

I was amazed with the spacious room for the value of money I've spent on the room and the breakfast was fabulous with all the flavours from home made taste I and my friend spent a quality time in there. All I want was a calm and quiet place to be. And the view from the balcony is exceptional.almost all the time Both of us stayed in the balcony for our meals and tea time. Thanks!
