The rooms were dirty.

Nice staff

Upon arrival to room 308 while taking my luggage to the room, a gentleman held the interior door open for me. Went out to get more luggage the interior door was locked and the outer door lever was missing to open the door. Had to go around to the west entrance to get in. There was sticky substance on the counter and dresser, a large hole in the wall beneath the heat pump unit, noticed exterior stucco damage on the west second floor exterior columns, a soffit panel was hanging down from the interior east second floor. Pool area was not usable and in bad condition. Two ice machines were out of ice, the ice I was able to get out of the north west machine had white sediment in my cup. Went for breakfast and the waffle mix was low and the syrup dispenser was empty. Made 1/2 waffle and had to tip the dispenser to get syrup. Looked around for a staff member to let them know and didn’t find anyone. The lobby area was impressive but the outer area was in need of maintenance. Not a good experience and was very disappointed.

They don't inform you that they require a deposit even if the rooms already booked and paid for then they won't give you the deposit back with no intention on giving it back they expect you to clean the room they do not offer a continental breakfast that is live they do not offer cleaning service that is lies and they do not offer friendly service

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable.

It's old and needs refurbishing

The bathroom had mold above the shower and above the light. There were very thin towels and washcloths and only one roll of toilet paper. There was no outlets near enough to a mirror in order to use a curling iron. The ceiling was peeling several places in the bedroom and in the bathroom. Also, no hot water - only lukewarm water. I do not feel the rating and description online is accurate at all. Never again will I consider this motel.

Friendly people. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good.

It's was nice really enjoyed the stay the bathtub was very spacious and relaxing I enjoy my night am booking another stay soon thanks
