Comfort Suites Johnson City near University

Very nice, clean affordable place to stay. Front desk person name Nikki was very professional and very friendly. She went above & beyond to help me with my needs. Breakfast was one of the best I have seen in a while. Oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, pastries, bagels, English muffins, bread , bisect& gravy. Oh my!!

It was my first time staying here at the comfort suites hotel and I absolutely loved it the check in process was easy and the front desk staff was so friendly I highly recommend staying here. Breakfast was amazing and the service was wonderful

Friendly staff

The woman at the front desk (Nita?) was wonderful—friendly and gave us info on dining options in the area that were quite helpful. Shampoo container in the shower was filled with conditioner, as was the conditioner container—not good— and the Kleenex had only a few tissues in it

Breakfast was just so so. Rooms need some maintenance and AC in our room barley worked.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The property was outdated, but it was affordable and worked out great for what we needed. We traveled with our dog so we had to stay in a pet-friendly room. The smell of urine was sooo strong. The room had carpeting and while it was “clean”, it just smelled so bad! The carpeting really needs to go!

This hotel is disgusting and smelled heavy of smoke. Had to switch rooms when we first arrived due to smell of cigarettes. The beds are basically on the ground and extremely uncomfortable. For the price this hotel is unacceptable. Getting room service was extremely difficult. Even when I would request room service they wouldn’t change my sheets or vacuum just simply left me towels. I even took all the sheets off and set everything by the door, so they could easily change my bed. When I came back they had taken all my sheets, left me an empty bed with nothing, just a mattress, gross. And no vacuumed floor. When I went down stairs and explained the situation they gave me a pillow with no pillow case that had a hole in it and a singular sheet and expected me to be okay with that and sent me on my way saying that room service was closed. I am a paying customer? You can’t just leave customers with no bedding. Night time staff was friendly but the day time staff was passive aggressive and simply rude. Not professional behavior. I was very kind to them and still received attitude.

I recently stayed at Comfort Suites, Johnson City and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any requests. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. Overall, I would recommend the Comfort Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Johnson City, Tennessee
