The bed was very comfortable, the jacuzzi was amazing! Breakfast was ok for free, hotels definitely needs a face lift.

The staff was friendly.

The dining area cabinets were filthy on the front and the trash can in there was also filthy. There were Nats coming out. The curtains in room 128 were all stained and there was trash on the floor in the hallway. Basically it needs a upgrade.

the staff was very nice and helpful.. the room was nice and the hotel was clean except the breakfast area.

The breakfast wasn't what it used to be. The same spots on the floor were both days. It was just disgusting. The cooler really needs to be thoroughly cleaned.

"A nightmare and freezing cold one"

Nothing the pool was ice cold and so was the whole hotel even are. Breakfast was cold I had to put coffee in microwave the staff at front desk had there coat on we end up going out for breakfast which is crazy

I didn’t like paying for a room and the whole building was so cold you even can see your breath I honestly don’t know why they didn’t have the heat on I don’t think I ever stay there again

The pool and room were great

When the man at the front desk seen my spouse yell at our child for acting up in public he threatened him and swore at him highly unprofessional when he didn't know the whole situation.

it was a bad experience, they mixed up my room number, and people were banging on my windows and doors at 4 a.m. very worst!!!!
