Clean

The staff. Had to wake them up to check in. No one attended to the breakfast. No eggs no forks no napkins. No one ever at the desk. Either out smoking or in the lobby on their phone covered in a blanket.

The food was terrible. The breakfast is on eatable.

Everyone was so friendly

Walk in and the staff was amazing with me and my daughter.

It took us about 40 mins to wait for our room to be clean so that kinda suck

No elevator

I wasn't given the room I reserved, I was called at 1am from the front desk and was told that I was going to be moved to the right room. When I approached the manager in the morning and told him, he said that I was given the right room, even though it didn't match the booking itinerary, and he just shook his head about the phone call. Someone somewhere messed up and they were all trying to cover each other... Don't recommend... Drugs in the parking lot, dealer in the hallway...

The room was okay we got a suite with a Jacuzzi tub so it was okay I guess.

No one was at the front desk when I walked in and had to walk around the hotel to find someone. She was super nice though. Then we got our keys and trying to find our room was impossible because a group of about 20 kids and adults were playing hockey in the hall right in front of our door . Finally got into our room and they continued playing hockey for an hour banging against our door and wall before I called the front desk to complain. She told them if it was up to her she'd let them do it all night but someone is being a party pooper . They fixed it by moving up stairs with I was okay with at least it wasn't our door getting hit every 10 seconds. Overall wall paper was falling off in multiple places and was not very clean at all . We will not be going back .
