AmericInn by Wyndham Rochester Near Mayo Clinic

Very nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay for going to Mayo. Will be back for surgery later this year. I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

We have a dog. Our room had a sliding door that opened into a pet friendly courtyard with room for her to "take care of business". This courtyard also had table and chairs for our comfort. The adjacent sports bar had very good food.

Clean, good breakfast

I had 2 phone calls to my room, one each night I was there. The first night at 9pm, the second at almost 11pm. The call was disconnected before I could answer. I was woken up for both calls. No one from the front desk stopped me any time I walked by, and no emails, so unsure where these were coming from. Then, either the heating and cool unit, or something outside, made a noise I could only describe as a weed whipper, all of the second day and night. I couldn't sleep.

Booking.com claims that they never received a reply from motel on my refund but their employee told me he approved it. So still waiting for you to follow up and I am still waiting for refund. I will never use booking.com again until I am refunded and treated correctly and I will make sure to let people know how you treat CUSTOMERS. I booked with you I should not have to call motel and tell them there motel sucks this is why I booked through you. I thought you were my advocate hence why I booked through you. I can't believe this is even a issue, would you stay in a dirty motel that stinks, a broken whirlpool, glass busted into pool area, room was disgusting and smelled horrible. Not as advertised.

I had a week of appts at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. Having AmericInn so close and having a breakfast provided, and having access to a shuttle to the clinic made this event much less stressful. Thank you!
