"Started off as a great stay however it did fall short in the end…"

The hotel overall appeared clean and well kept, especially the pool and hot tub area which was a pleasant surprise. Most hotel pool areas are questionable. Our room was outstanding aside from the bathroom. Very spacious with lots of amenities and various accommodations.

Our rooms bathroom was in terrible shape… the bathtub was broken and had a hole in the tub floor. They half ass fixed it, pardon my language, by using caulk and a basic floor mat to cover it up. The floor mat was so old and used that it was a weird color and covered in mold and it also no longer stuck to the floor, it slid around and lifted up. The vanity was also heavily damaged. When I discussed it with staff they could not care less and just said “oh well you’re leaving today so we will address it later.” With this, trying to get to the hotel from the south while on Broadway is a disaster. You have to either make a u turn at the stop light or pull into the auto store next door. When I went to do that a semi was blocking the parking lot and it was impossible to get around.

The room was good size, and the bed was comfortable. The hot tub was grest! We enjoyed our stay. Exceptional staff.

Nothing could have been different - it was -20 degrees, but our room was nice and warm.

Free wifi.

Other than having some place to sleep before appointments, we would not recommend staying here. Not only did we have issues the three times we have stayed they will not compensate us for the bad experience. Booking.com isn't much help either.

Everything was easy to fine and plenty of parking

The pictures in the room seemed like in memorial phots to remember a love one who has passed. The elevators need to be replaced, they sink when anyone steps in, and then do little drops.
