Seems like its been in good care. Rooms nice, breakfast good. Vhecking in and out easy.

Staff was friendly but check in was loud and the receptionist was talking with another person (I don't know if they worked there or where a guest or a friend) about getting drunk. The room was mostly clean but the halls, stairs, and elevator needed cleaned. We took the kids to the pool and when we grabbed towels they were covered in hair. One towel looked like it had been used to clean up a barber shop floor. The room was comfortable but there were stains (looked like green marker) on one of the comforters and the carpet had several spots on it where I assume things had been spilled. Other than those things the room was comfortable. It did need some updating/work done (the sink was cracked and the bathroom door didn't close correctly). We didn't have enough towels in our room for all of the family even though the room slept up to six people. Breakfast was not a good experience. There was not a good selection, or much of a selection at all, and the breakfast area needed cleaned. For the price of the room, I was not impressed.

The stay was nice. The room and hotel was nice. The staff was very nice. Some items weren't completely stocked for 4 adults and we had to ask for what was missing but that really isn't a big deal. The breakfast was basic and good. I guess I was expecting a little more offerings for the breakfast based on the price of the stay. Even if potatoes were offered with the scrambled eggs and sausage I would have felt better. But other than that it was okay.

Traveling through from WY to husbands college graduation. Property is dated and filthy. There was dirt and food in the AC vents. Dust on headboards. Rooms need a deep clean. Staff needs training in customer service. Won’t stay here again. Spend the extra $$ and stay at Hampton.

Clean, good location and friendly staff for the most part.

We came in town for a bowling tournament. The front desk woman was really nice! Room wasn’t bad as in being clean. BUT here’s the not so great things! The breakfast is from 6-9 which it should be at least a hour longer. The breakfast selection wasn’t the best but I’ve seen worse. Running egg whites aren’t the best at 7 am. The condition of the parking lot was awful. Pot hole city. And if your looking for comfort in a bed don’t go here. Mattresses are so flimsy with no comfort. Looks like mattresses are outdated with a old mattress cover that didn’t even stay on the mattress. Barely any channels to watch on the tv. But it served the purpose for the weekend since everything else was booked.

Nice room but bed was too hard for my liking. Pool chlorine was really high. Staff did not know how to use pool lift.

Front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel itself was pretty good. The room was not very clean. My kids socks were black from walking on the carpet and there were stains on the bedding. There was only 3 tissues in the box and only a half roll of toilet paper so we had to ask for stuff. Wifi was too slow to use also. But it was a good place to crash for a quick weekend.

Way to expensive for many reasons to include the size of pool, gym, no vending or healther options on what they did offer. The phone in our room didnt work. 2019, March flood my family lives in Elwood, Ks was forced to reschedule my reservations twice. This due to the river cest & Evacuation was being put off until the river crested. Hotel was for safety not for leisure. I was informed I would not be charged for first or second reschedule! With this there is a charge debited to my account, I'm not sure anybody has that kind of money to just give away especially in a time of crisis. I also called ahead to change reservations. Then when I called to get it corrected again because I was told I would not be charged, (do have names)! I was told that I was being rude though I do not feel that I was, if anything I was upset, mainly because I might lose my home, our little town & many others in the surrounding areas sadly lost so much do to the Missouri river. I had every right to be irate but I was not. Due to the circumstances & being told I would not be charged and then was! Currently Trying to get a refund, for the rescheduled dates that we did not stay at the hotel. I did end up keeping the changed reservations for the fact of going to be charged at least for the first night but would have chose not to if my family would not be out the money, especially as I stated in time crisis. If it was them im sure they would have been upset as well.

Wasn’t much to like. Room had an odor, like sewage and bed was extremely hard.
