"Stale smoke "

The property was good, the staff was rude. We got stuck next to some all night tweekers so we got no sleep. Called to complain it took 3 trys to get someone. Bottom line was paper thin walls and rude staff. Wouldn't recommend if want a good nights rest.

Hotel was nice however the volume on the tv was controlled and we could not turn it up enough to hear. We spent the whole evening unable to enjoy any tv. When we asked about it we were told it was controlled so it didn’t disturb surrounding rooms. I understand that but would have been nice if they had checked it out for us.

We had a 2 queen bed suite with a pull out couch, the couch cushions were tore up, with stuffing coming out of them. The fridge was full of mold. There was black stuff (more mold??) in the sink. We had another stay booked there for Nov, but cancelled it.

Even though the hotel was old, everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable however the carpet was very dirty.
