stayed here this weekend and checked out today with my one-year-old, and unfortunately it was completely not worth the price. The room was very dirty when we arrived, which is unacceptable, especially with a small child. The lights were flickering, making it feel unsafe and poorly maintained. The bathtub was already broken, and I had to report it because it cut my child’s toe — something that should never happen in a hotel room. The AC and heat also weren’t working properly. My room was right next to a public restroom, and whenever the heat was on, the room smelled absolutely terrible, so I had to keep it at a minimum just to tolerate the smell. On top of that, there were so many people screaming in the hallways that it was ridiculous and made it very hard to rest. The only positives were the food, which was good, and the bed was comfortable at times. Other than that, the experience was very disappointing and not what I expected for what we paid. I wouldn’t stay here again.

"The pool & hot tub are closed!"

Just don't base you stay on the pool or hot tub being open for kids, exercise, etc. Call first to ask. The other amenities and cleanliness were fine.

"Worst Comfort Inn. Cut a lot of corners, and instant coffee was horrible."

The 2nd room was nice and everything worked and was comfortable.

The pool was shut down & we were not aware, with Grandkids it would have been great. Our 1st room the AC didn't work, and the toilet was clogged. The hooks had been torn out of the bathroom wall and then patched over. Worst was the instant coffee at breakfast. Really Bad. This was the worst Comfort Inn we have ever stayed at. It is our favorite brand of hotels.

What a bad place, komplete rund down and no maintance Pool closed, doors not working, cant regulate room temperature, 3rd day internet not work........
