"Near lots of homeless, decent hotel with decent breakfast options"

Staff was good, breakfast was a good variety.

The area itself is just bad. Lots of homeless around which I understand isn’t the hotels fault. The pool area wasn’t very clean and had blood on the floor near the pool. People at the hotel Nextdoor (think it’s used to house the homeless) were fighting in the middle of the night. The general area is just not good and I wish I would have realized before booking this location.

Warm and welcoming with friendly staff. Felt safe, secure with interior entrances to rooms. Breakfast was hot, hearty and delicious.

The pool and hot tub were both not working. There was no shower curtain our remote did work and the floor had stains all over it and smelted musky

"Beds were comfy, beyond that it’s gross "

Staff was fine. Beds were comfy and room amenities were good. Condition of the hotel outside the rooms is disgusting. Big stains on the carpet, elevator is like a service elevator, clearly used to be a smoking hotel so it smells Like smoke covered up in cheap deodorizer everywhere. First floor breakfast area has no AC, sweltering. The pool was closed. Skip this place!
