Paid for a room with a Jacuzzi, the 1st room the jacuzzi was dirty, there was stuff on the bathroom floor, tv would not pick up a channel , moved to a new room again jacuzzi was dirty, could not get a channel on tv, the security latch on the door was broken. I took pictures

Spędziłem tydzień czasu w hotelu, przez cały tydzień nie posprzątano mojego pokoju ani razu. Pościel od samego początku pobytu brudna, nadaje się do śmietnika, a nie udostępniania jej gością hotelowym. Ogólnie komfort bardzo słaby, niejeden motel oferuje lepsze warunki pobytu.

Location was fine. Very few breakfast options.

Facility is run down. The tv requires two remotes to operate and instructions were unclear. We had to ask the staff twice to help us figure out how to use it. No grab bar in the shower.

Dirty nasty place to stay. No pride of ownership, stained toilet seats, stained shower. Dirty floors that aren’t swept/maintained.

Where to begin. I spent two back to back weekends at this motel and gross didn't even begin to cover it. The showers were rusted and unclean. The chair on the side of the bed on my second stay in room 203 looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. Despite being billed as a "100% smoke free room" the entire room smelled of stale cigarette smoke that had seeped into everything. The first room I had, 313, clearly the door had been broken into: the wood was splintered in each of the places where a lock was and the door itself didn't even fully cover the frame. Meanwhile in the second room the peephole in the door was missing and was instead replaced by a wad of toilet paper to I GUESS give some form of privacy. The mattresses smelled of that same sickly sweet stale cigarette smoke and the boxspring beneath them was filthy: had stains that resemble bedbug residue. At nearly 4 in the morning I was awoken by a neighboring guest who was conversing loudly in Spanish at someone with their door cracked open but there was no one to call or to come care for the other guests. When I attempted to change rooms the staff not only wouldn't let me but basically acted as if I was just an annoyance who was bothering them. I have stayed in many places, including many Comfort Inns. This is easily among the top 3 worst I have ever stayed at. I will not stay here again, nor can I in good conscience tell anyone that they should ever stay here.

The best thing this place has going for itself is the water pressure. Nothing more

The breakfast was horrible for a continental there was no fruit no oatmeal just corn flakes and muffins so stale it was diabolical. No towels you have to give them back to get more. We have them back just for them to say they didn’t have any I had to leave and go buy towels from the store.
