Quality Inn Clinton-Knoxville North

First room we checked in was dirty. Had to change rooms and staff was not really happy. After that things worked out.

Nothing at all

There were nests of cockroaches. I woke up to some crawling on the bed and us. The ice machine had black mold where the ice comes out and the ice dispenser shelf was missing and there was mold around that area as well. The rooms had cobwebs in the corners and lots of dust and dirt behind the beds, under furniture and the bathroom counter. Behind the vending machines was extremely dirty. We never received clean towels or linens and there was no bag in the trash cans and they were dirty. Neither one of the rooms had toilet paper and even with several requests were never brought any and I had to go buy my own. I checked out early and went to another hotel. When I was checking out I asked to be refunded some of not all of my money and was told he could not do that because I had already paid and had been in the room for several hours. I asked for a complaint phone number email or website and was told they didn’t have a complaint phone number or email. When I asked for his name, he refused to tell me and said that I needed to leave the property or he was going to call the police to remove me for harassment. I showed him the pictures that I took of all of the filth and the bugs and the mold and told me that I needed to delete those immediately. He became very aggressive and very hostile to the point that I did feel unsafe and left immediately as I was there with my two granddaughters, and my husband was not with me.

Easy check in. Comfortable rooms easy parking for truck and 28ft flatbed trailer.

The location was great. A restful sleep was needed and that is exactly what we got. Very clean and the front desk agent was friendly and helpful.

At this time, nothing could have been better. We arrived late and could not enjoy the immediate ammentities or surrounding, but we did enjoy the room and got some much needed sleep.

The breakfast was very good and overall the stay was very good.

The TV was not self-explanatory so a guide of some sort would have been helpful. Several times, the room key didn't work immediately.
