Staff not very friendly

Started poorly with a long wait at check in. Then in the restaurant for dinner the wait for a quiet restaurant was not acceptable. The beer wa me warm with no explanation. Final nail was my duvet was damp, had to then wait 45 mins to get this changed to a lesser room

Receipts are ridiculously difficult to get. Will not be staying for business trips anymore

Sink tap in bathroom was leaking, door handle to bathroom 'secured' by non professional application of silicone sealant, bath panel the same, shaving mirror not properly mounted, toilet to be flushed twice, plastic panel on room door secured by sellotape, carpet by wardrobe had marks/stains, mark on bathroom lino. Dining area bench seats had spillage stains. Helpful staff at breakfast, reception & one young lady on bar and restaurant duty. Dining menu limited and did not vary, dining room closed early on the Monday without notification. Overall painting requires to be re-done, walls & doors are chipped, corridors require to be re-carpeted. Hard to see where the certificate of 4 stars came from, apart from a raffle.

2 nights stay. Had a great experience. Comfortable and clean. Staff helpful. Close to food, transportation and airport.

Was not aware that we would have to pay £16 parking, and when I complained the person checking us in just laughed. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. The room was so small, with only one bath towel and one hand towel for 2 of us. We arrived at the hotel at 18.00 but the room wasn’t ready even though the check in time was from 15.00. Eventually got the key at 19.00. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

15 minute wait at reception just to be told they did not have a twin room for me so we had to have a sofa bed. When having a shower, the waist in the bath did not remove the water so you ended up stood in 4 inches of water. All of the hotel was dirty, the bar had ran out of cider and beer and Guinness. They only had Cobra. Would not go again

I have alot of problem with my bath, it was bloked every time by the drain. The lady on the restaurante could be more polite. The room sink was blocked too, the water stays all there. I will not more book on this hotel.

Pros: Clean room and good-sized beds. Breakfast is spot on with a good buffet selection. Very friendly staff. 15-minute taxi from LHR T4. 15-minute walk to the tube station. Cons: Room 153 is next to a fire door that slams when other guests are going to their rooms. 3 fire alarms during the night and early morning was a shock...but a good wake-up at 6:30 am.
